When I played the video: "Adobe Flash Player plugin has crashed." I guess it has a sense of humor too.

Oh, dear. Sorry to hear that happened to you, Warren! Were you able to view the video at all?

Warren, that happened to me, too. It froze up my computer & I had to reboot. Then everything was fine.

Debi, Gini, Haven't tried again until now. But there was an Adobe Flash Player update since then. First check the version you have. Then I always go through the uninstall, which includes an automatic uninstaller and some manual deleting that they describe. The link for downloading the new version will appear when you use the version checker again: Player Download Center. It's buried in the second paragraph. Adobe recommends using that as the best way. Make sure Your System is listed correctly and change if necessary. Be sure to deselect McAfee. You do the uninstall once and repeat the install process for each browser. Takes about five minutes once you get used to it. The video works fine now.
